By accessing or using NkhokwePlus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the system.

2. Definitions

• "NkhokwePlus" refers to the VSLA management platform, including web and/or mobile applications.
• "VSLA" means a Village Savings and Loan Association or similar community-based savings group.
• "User" refers to any person accessing or using NkhokwePlus, including members, leaders, and administrators.
• "Group" refers to a registered VSLA using the system.
• "Administrator" refers to a person authorized to manage a Group within NkhokwePlus.

3. Eligibility

• Users must meet the minimum legal age or participation requirements applicable in their country or community.
• Use of NkhokwePlus is intended for legitimate VSLA or community savings group activities only.
• Each Group is responsible for ensuring that its members comply with local laws, customs, and eligibility requirements.

4. Scope of Services

NkhokwePlus provides digital tools to:

• Register and manage VSLA groups and members
• Record savings contributions, loans, repayments, and fines
• Track meetings, attendance, and group cycles
• Generate summaries and reports for group use

NkhokwePlus does not provide financial advice, banking services, or guarantees of savings or loans.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the system only for lawful VSLA-related purposes
• Keep login credentials (if applicable) confidential
• Respect group rules and decisions made outside the system

Groups remain fully responsible for:

• Cash handling and physical money management
• Internal dispute resolution
• Decisions on loans, interest rates, and penalties

6. Data and Record Accuracy

• NkhokwePlus records information as entered by Users.
• The platform is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late data entry.
• Groups should regularly verify digital records against physical records.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• NkhokwePlus collects only data necessary for VSLA operations.
• Personal and group data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• Data may be stored electronically and accessed by authorized Users only.
• NkhokwePlus will not sell personal data to third parties.
