Receive an ongoing commission every time a group you onboard pays their monthly subscription fee. As long as they are active, you keep earning.
How You Earn: A Transparent Commission Model
Your earnings are directly and indefinitely linked to the activity and success of the groups you manage. Here's how it works.
Each month, our system checks if a group has loaned out 50% or more of its total capital.
This threshold determines which pricing model applies to the group for that month, which in turn affects your commission.
When a group meets the 50% activity threshold, they are charged a 1% commission on the value of loans they disbursed that month. You earn a generous 20% share of that fee, every single month they meet this criteria.
Example: If a group loans out MWK 1,000,000, their fee is MWK 10,000. Your commission is MWK 2,000 for that month. If they do it again next month, you get paid again.
If a group's loan activity is below the 50% threshold, they are charged a low, flat fee per member. In this scenario, no commission is paid to the agent for that month. This model incentivizes you to help your groups utilize their capital effectively, fostering growth for everyone.
